To the colors of winter

I’m ignoring the news, so no newsletter today, but I want to offer you my non-gender rec of the week: winter bouquets.

This was my brother’s idea many years ago, to have a winter bouquet Olympics and seek the beauty in winter colors and nature’s fallow days. Also a great trick for getting littles to walk outside in the cold without complaining!

I also just want to say thank you so much to those of you who reached out yesterday to thank me. I heard many encouraging tales about families healing, about mindsets growing, about people getting enough information to dissent. I am so thrilled to hear that, and extra thrilled if I’ve played any role in it.

For those of you still feeling isolated, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I love to help people connect and find community.
