Look at the comorbities! This is a scandal of huge proportions

The summary of these cases is both heartbreaking and infuriating. The only one of which I was previously aware was Chloe Cole due to her bravery in becoming the public face for the many tragedies of transitioners. Camille’s case clearly reveals the insanity of the medical complex encouraging and abetting such behavior. If the MSM would publicize such cases the insanity of the current treatment regime would immediately lead to an overwhelming public outcry to banning such practices for all minors. Good luck to the lawyers representing the complainants , and that is a feeling that I usually reserve for the defendants in the majority of such cases involving ambulance chasers. Perhaps someone could also organize a public website with a “Wall of Shame” for all medical and social service personnel encouraging and participating in such mutilations. And make sure that it could searched by geographic area to locate the practitioners in your area.

Lisa - keep up the great work!

We trans widows attest to the same 10 minute diagnoses of (from our direct experiences) adult men by the same practitioners sending minors down this path. Some of the ex husbands have also detransitioned. I wish that we and the traumatized children could get settlements.

Nothing in NY yet - surprising given that this must be happening every day here. While I work (as an attorney) for myself and don't have the resources to start lawsuits like this, I would help a NY attorney who is suing on behalf of a detransitioner.

It looks like there is one in NY, per this in the introductory paragraph: In addition, according to Transition Justice, which provides legal help to detransitioners, six lawsuits have been filed in the following states, without publicity: Arizona (1), California (1), New Hampshire (2), New York (1), Wisconsin (1). There is a link to Transition Justice, and I thought I saw a contact point.

Thanks. I missed that. I'll take a look.

Thank you to the anonymous reader who researched this and laid it out so clearly, and to Lisa for giving it a platform. It makes for excruciating reading, and for that reason, among many, is a true public service. My heart goes out to these plaintiffs, and so many others who have been damaged. I know we here are all grateful to those who have been able to come forward. This is so hard on them, on top of all the gratuitous harm that has already been done.

Heart breaking. I wish them all much success in their lawsuits and even more I wish them all peace and wellness in their lives. I send sincere thanks to each of them for standing up against what is being done. This is very difficult and takes so much strength and courage.

How can thinking people look at this and not conclude that it’s all fraudulent? I’m honestly just dismayed that lefties will look at this and just dismiss it because it goes against their religion. I feel like we’re dealing with zealots.

Ok I’m going to put out a question. I’m a pediatrician and (yes) a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. (I profoundly disagree with their gender stuff). I’m on two committees having nothing to do wiith gender

This week we were told not to use our institutional emails but to give them our private emails. I’m trying to figure out if this has anything to do with lawsuit. Is it easier to hack into institutional emails? Thoughts?

I'm not a lawyer, but I've talked to one about suing my ex-family therapist and ex-pediatrician.

They are subpoena-dodging. They are or will be subpoenaed to provide institutional emails. It could be interpreted as obstruction, I'd advise against participating.

It would help also if you anonymously provided a copy of whatever communication you received instructing you so, to the attorneys currently suing the AAP and any future ones.

Thanks. I’m really bothered by this.

Give who your private emails?

The American academy of pediatrics. Doesn’t want us to use our intuitional emails.

GMI may as well be an acronym for genital mutilation intervention. How do these doctors sleep at night in their mansions on high thread sheets bought with the blood of their patients?

Also, are any of these court filings publicly accessible or available online?

There are links in the names to some of the lawsuits and in the opening paragraph. I can add them separately, too—later!

I see that now. Sorry, my bad!

There’s also a current article in the Washington Post about Ms. Mosley. The comments are pretty revealing about what people know (and don’t know) about this issue.

Oops, thank you! Fixed. My fault entirely. I thought Substack would automatically read it as a link.
